Bishop Liston Page, Sr.
Bishop Liston Page, Sr. serves as the Presiding Prelate of the Greater Highway Deliverance Ministries. He is also the Senior Pastor of the Greater Highway Deliverance Temple located in the heart of New York City. Greater Highway Deliverance Temple serves as the headquarter church for G.H.D. Ministries.
Through obedience to the Holy Spirit, God has immensely blessed Bishop Page to impact the lives of those he encounter. It is with evidence that the favor of God is heavily upon him. Bishop Page has been afforded the privilege to expand the Greater Highway Deliverance Ministries territory by having churches all over the nation, as well as churches in Canada, Africa, and West Indies.
Bishop Page serves on the Board of the Joint College of African America Pentecostal Bishops and he also serves as a Chaplain of the International Worldwide Outreach, Inc. He is the President of the Metropolitan Development Corporation (affiliated with the Phoenix House Corp.) Bishop Page has obtained his Doctorate of Divinity, degree from the National Theological Seminary of the Commonwealth University of St. Louis, Missouri.
Thousands have been healed, delivered, and blessed through Bishop Page’s ministry. He is a true vessel of God and he is a great Kingdom Builder whose diligent efforts towards the amelioration of mankind can be shown through his acts of love.
Bishop Page has been married to his bride, Dr. Hazel Page for 62 years. Out of this union they have been blessed with three successful children; Dr. Wanda P. Page, Bishop Liston Page, II and Bishop Darren L. Page. He’s the grandfather of seven, great-grandfather of four, and the spiritual father of thousands.
His humble spirit has encouraged many people to walk, talk, and be holy. The Bible instructs us to“mark the perfect man, and behold the upright man for the end of that man is peace.” Surely the peace of God abides with this righteous vessel.
Dr. Hazel R. Page
Dr. Hazel R. Page is a gracious lady that is the epitome of the woman described in Proverbs 31:10 ...”her price is far above rubies, the heart of her husband doth safely trust her...”. Dr. Page and Bishop Page have been pastoring the Greater Highway Ministries for well over 50 years. The ministry has been powered by the Word of God and nurtured with the love of God and family!! She is the mother of three children who are all dynamic teachers, eloquent preachers, but most importantly saved and working to uphold the great legacy of their parents. She is the grandmother of seven, and the great-grandmother of four.
A native of Marion, South Carolina, she moved with her husband to Baltimore, Maryland, in 1959, where she received the gift of the Holy Ghost under the leadership of the late Bishop Fred Page, Sr., pastor of Highway Church of Christ. Soon the Lord led them to relocate to New York City, and the ministry of Greater Highway Deliverance Temple began. Dr. Page began her life as a Pastor’s wife, a
role that has been an example, and has set a standard for many first lady’s throughout the country.
In July of 1990, she completed her Doctorate of Sacred Letters at the National Theological Seminary of the Commonwealth University in St. Louis, Missouri. While working diligently in ministry Dr. Page founded and instituted a learning facility , The Highway Christian Academy. This facility educated hundreds of children in the New York, New Jersey area for over 20 years, and provided Day
Care services for infants as well.
She was appointed the president of the Greater Highway Ministries National Women’s Department in 1993. She has with the intelligence and wisdom that God has instilled in her, made this movement one of the greatest events of the decade. Women’s lives have been forever changed and transformed as a result of attending the fellowships.
An anointed vessel who is well seasoned in the God’s Word, Dr. Page brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to women everyday. She willfully accepts new challenges and encourages those around her to do the same. She is loved by all who are touched by her life. Most importantly she loves God, and she loves the people of God. Dr. Hazel Page does not just preach God’s Word, she
lives it!!
